Privacy notice — beta status
This page describes the current beta data flow. It is not a final paid-service privacy notice. The operating entity, contact address, effective date, subprocessors, retention periods, legal bases, transfer terms, and jurisdiction-specific rights still require owner and attorney decisions.
Data you provide
Authenticated workspaces can contain profile and sign-in details, buying-plan inputs, listing text, broker notes, financial assumptions, source URLs, deal records, tasks, proof checklists, scenarios, and generated reports. Do not enter seller files, tax returns, payroll records, bank statements, credentials, government identifiers, or material you are not authorized to use.
How the beta uses data
The application uses submitted data to authenticate you, save and export your workspace, produce requested screens and reports, enforce limits, support account and billing controls, and protect the service. The current product does not offer document upload.
Storage and providers
Workspace records are designed for an authenticated Supabase/Postgres workspace. Stripe integration code is present but paid checkout remains off in beta. A complete, owner-approved provider/subprocessor list has not been published and is a paid-launch blocker.
Your controls
Settings lets an authenticated user update profile/email, export JSON/CSV/Markdown, remove deals, open an existing Stripe billing portal when applicable, and request account deletion. Email changes may require verification. Account deletion requires a recent sign-in and exact typed confirmation; a billing cancellation failure pauses deletion for review rather than silently deleting data.
Retention and requests
Exact retention periods, backup expiry, request contact, verification and response process remain unresolved. See the Data Retention page. Paid mode must stay off until those facts and attorney review are complete.
