Use only information you are authorized to use. Do not bypass access controls, paywalls, CAPTCHAs, marketplace restrictions, robots.txt, private-group rules, contracts, NDAs, or source terms. Do not rely on OwnerPath to make an offer, financing, or closing decision.
No automated outreach or guarantees
Drafts require your review and are not sent automatically. OwnerPath does not guarantee financing, seller claims, deal quality, closing, results, or business performance.
Beta and paid status
The current launch mode is free beta and paid mode must remain off. Pricing, taxes, renewals, cancellation effects, refunds, suspension, warranties, liability, disputes, and termination require owner and attorney decisions before paid launch.
