How this works

Verified SDE is the seller's claimed cash flow less the addbacks you do not yet trust. The calculator then subtracts the salary you need before testing the remaining cash against an estimated loan payment. The calculator shows both the price supported by verified SDE at the seller's own asking multiple and the maximum loan-capacity price where remaining cash covers estimated annual debt payments 1.25 times. The walk-away price is the lower of those two limits. Change any assumption to see the result update immediately.

Use this as a screening question, not a valuation or loan approval. Ask for tax returns, profit-and-loss statements, payroll records, and support for every addback. A lender will set actual rate, term, equity, eligibility, collateral, and underwriting requirements.
